Within six months to a year, the employee is expected to:

• Quickly integrate into the project and understand the business logic
• Actively participate in the development and improvement of the frontend
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with the team, including designers and backend developers
• Propose and implement improvements to the user interface
• Continuously learn and upgrade skills

For example, by the end of the first half-year, it can be expected that the employee will independently handle tasks of medium complexity and participate in code reviews.
