Tell us about your work experience. How was the task planning process organized?

In my experience working as a frontend developer, the task planning process was usually based on Agile methodologies, most often Scrum or Kanban. Tasks were formulated as user stories or technical tasks in tracking systems (for example, Jira or Trello).

Planning took place during sprint planning meetings, where the team, together with the product manager and team lead, discussed priorities, assessed task complexity (often using story points or T-shirt sizing), and distributed tasks among developers.

During the sprint, tasks were broken down into subtasks to make progress tracking easier. Daily stand-ups were also used for synchronization and identifying blockers. This approach helped to respond flexibly to changing requirements and maintain transparency of the process.
