How do you evaluate tasks? Do you use Planning Poker based on the Fibonacci scale?

For task estimation, I often use Planning Poker with the Fibonacci scale (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, etc.). This scale helps better reflect the relative complexity and uncertainty of tasks, as the gaps between numbers increase, encouraging discussion and clarification of requirements.

The process usually goes like this:

• Each team member secretly estimates the task by choosing a card with a number from the scale.
• After all cards are revealed simultaneously, discrepancies in estimates are discussed.
• If necessary, the task details are clarified and the estimation is repeated.

This helps reach a consensus and plan sprints more realistically.
