Was there anything at work that you didn't really like and would like to avoid in your new job?

At my previous job, I was not always satisfied with the lack of communication between teams, which sometimes led to misunderstandings and delays in task implementation. In my new place, I would like to work in a more open and transparent environment where information exchange happens regularly and effectively. This helps to solve problems faster and improve the quality of the product.
