Who performed the role of analyst in the team?

In our team, the role of analyst was performed by one of the team leads, who closely interacted with the customer and users. He gathered requirements, formulated technical specifications, and prioritized tasks.

Additionally, part of the analytical work was done by developers and UX designers, especially during the clarification of details and development of user scenarios.
