How do you see your career development?

I see career development as a gradual deepening and expansion of professional skills. In the next few years, I plan to strengthen my knowledge in frontend development, master modern frameworks and tools, and also improve my architectural design skills for applications. In the future, I want to transition to a role of team lead or architect, so that I can not only write code but also help the team make correct technical decisions and grow.

I also consider it important to develop soft skills — communication, time management, and teamwork — which will help to interact more effectively with colleagues and clients.
