How was your work with tasks organized? Where did they come from, were there managers?

In my practice, tasks were usually managed through project management systems such as Jira or Trello. Project managers or team leads would create backlogs and prioritize tasks. In the frontend team, there was often a dedicated manager who coordinated work, assigned tasks, and monitored deadlines. Tasks could come directly from the manager or from the product owner, sometimes through Scrum meetings or planning sessions. This approach ensured transparency and understanding of priorities.
