What do you like most and least about your work? What takes more time than you'd like?

What I enjoy most in my work is creating new interfaces and improving the user experience — seeing ideas turn into convenient and beautiful applications. I find it especially interesting to solve complex problems related to optimization and responsiveness.

I like least to deal with routine debugging of minor bugs, which are often related to browser incompatibilities or outdated libraries — this takes a lot of time and doesn't always bring satisfaction.

Most of my time is spent communicating with the team and coordinating requirements. Sometimes discussions drag on, which slows down the development process. A significant part of my work also involves writing tests and documentation, which is important but sometimes feels less creative.
