On the last project, work was organized using the Agile Scrum methodology with two-week sprints. Architectural decisions were made by the lead developer in collaboration with the architect, actively considering team suggestions and client requirements.

The project started solo because, at the initial stage, it was necessary to quickly prototype the concept and test technical feasibility. This allowed for faster feedback and the formation of more precise requirements for the team, which joined later.
