What candidate are you considering for yourself?

For myself, I consider a candidate with a good understanding of the fundamentals of frontend development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular). It is important that the candidate can write clean, maintainable code, understands the principles of responsive design, and has experience working with REST API or GraphQL.

I also value the ability to work in a team, understand other people's code, write tests, and use version control systems (Git). For a middle level, the ability to independently solve problems, optimize performance, and understand application architecture is important.
