How do you evaluate yourself — what makes your work successful, how do you see your development? Do you have any criteria for this?

I evaluate my professional growth and work success based on several criteria:

• Project results: how well my tasks are completed qualitatively and on time, and how my contribution affects the overall team efficiency.
• Feedback: regular reviews from colleagues and management help understand what I do well and where there is room for improvement.
• Self-education: continuous learning of new technologies and tools, applying them in work.
• Solving complex problems: how well I can handle new challenges and non-standard situations.

If I see progress in these areas, I believe I am developing successfully and bringing value to the team.
