Tell me how your team interaction took place? Who assigned tasks, decomposed, who interacted with the design?

In our team, tasks were usually initiated by the team lead or product manager, based on the priorities and requirements of the project. Task decomposition was done by developers together with the team lead — breaking down large tasks into smaller sub-tasks to make planning and implementation easier.

Interaction with designers occurred through separate meetings and discussions, where designers provided mockups and explained the interface logic. Developers asked clarifying questions to correctly implement the design and UX.

We also used a task tracker (for example, Jira or Trello), where tasks, comments, and status updates were recorded, helping to maintain transparency and synchronization within the team.
