The main reason for my job search was the desire for professional growth and mastering new technologies. In my current project, I have reached a certain ceiling in development, and I would like to work on more complex and interesting tasks, as well as in a team with more experienced colleagues.

Additionally, an important factor was the desire to find more comfortable working conditions and opportunities for training and career advancement.
