Which port is used for the Ping command?

The Ping command does not use ports because it operates at the network protocol level of ICMP (Internet Control Message Protocol), which does not use TCP or UDP ports. Ping sends an ICMP Echo Request and receives an Echo Reply to check the availability of a node in the network.
