What systems do you have experience using for organizing and tracking tasks?

In my practice, I have used several systems for organizing and tracking tasks:

• Jira — the most frequently used, especially in teams with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). It allows creating epics, stories, tasks, tracking progress, and integrates with version control systems.
• Trello — convenient for small projects and personal planning, thanks to its simple interface with boards and cards.
• GitHub Issues — used for managing tasks in open-source and small projects, easily integrates with repositories.
• YouTrack — used in some projects where flexible workflow customization and reporting were required.

Each of these systems helps structure work, track task status, and improve team communication.
