Tell about your experience with networks: what did you configure, what do you know?

In my networking experience, I have configured and maintained various network components and protocols:

• Network interface configuration on servers and virtual machines, including IP addressing, subnet masks, gateways.
• Routing setup: static routing and the use of dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP) to ensure stability and optimal traffic flow.
• Working with DNS: configuring and debugging DNS servers, managing zones and records.
• Firewalls and security: setting up iptables rules, firewalld, and using network policies to restrict access.
• VPN and tunneling: configuring OpenVPN, IPsec for secure network connections.
• Network monitoring: using tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) for traffic analysis and troubleshooting.

I am familiar with the basics of TCP/IP, the OSI model, and the principles of protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, FTP. I also understand concepts such as NAT, DHCP, VLAN, QoS.

Example: I configured a server with multiple network interfaces, where one interface was for the internal network and the other for external access with restrictions via a firewall.
