Reasons why a person might decide not to continue a career in software development can vary:

• Professional burnout. Long working hours, constant pressure, and the need to solve complex problems quickly can lead to fatigue and loss of motivation.
• Change of interests. Sometimes personal priorities change, and a person begins to value other areas of activity more.
• Lack of development. If there is no opportunity to grow professionally or acquire new knowledge, it can cause dissatisfaction.
• Work environment. Negative atmosphere in the team or company, poor management, lack of support.
• Work-life balance. Desire to spend more time with family, hobbies, or health.
