What do you expect from a new workplace? What tasks do you anticipate?

From my new job, I expect the opportunity to solve complex and interesting tasks that require a deep understanding of DevOps processes and automation. I want to work with modern CI/CD tools, containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and also participate in building reliable and scalable infrastructure.

I expect tasks related to optimizing deployment processes, monitoring and logging, ensuring security and high availability of services. It is important that I have the opportunity to influence architecture and processes, implement best practices, and train the team.
