What is Agile and what is Scrum?

Agile is a set of flexible software development principles described in the Agile Manifesto. The core values are: individuals and interactions over processes and tools; working software over comprehensive documentation; customer collaboration over contract negotiation; responding to change over following a plan.

Scrum is one of the frameworks for implementing Agile principles. It is an iterative and incremental approach to managing software development projects.
