During the project optimization process, I was involved in several areas:

• Analyzing bottlenecks in performance and suggesting improvements, such as optimizing server configurations or code.
• Implementing build and deployment automation using CI/CD, which accelerated releases and reduced errors.
• Optimizing resource usage, for example, reducing the size of Docker images to speed up loading and container startup.
• Reworking the project architecture, splitting the monolith into microservices to improve scalability and maintainability.

This experience helped increase the stability and efficiency of the team and the project as a whole.
