How were tasks distributed among team members in your previous team?

In my previous team, tasks were distributed considering the experience, specialization, and current workload of team members. The process usually looked like this:

• The team lead or project manager created a list of tasks for the sprint or iteration.
• Tasks were evaluated based on complexity and priority.
• Team members chose tasks that matched their skills and interests, or they were assigned tasks directly.
• For complex tasks, a responsible person was often designated to coordinate the work and assist other team members.
• Daily stand-ups were used to discuss progress and issues to improve efficiency.

This approach allowed for an even distribution of workload, leveraged each developer's strengths, and ensured transparency and control over task completion.
