We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of observability, reliability, and secure delivery across Kubernetes-based microservices. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and UTC+1 overlap.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and evolve the observability stack with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Promtail.
- Maintain SLO-driven alerting via Alertmanager using Telegram and Email channels.
- Track capacity, performance and cost across services to improve MTTR and MTTD.
- Manage production Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, rollouts, ingress and load balancing.
- Handle the Docker container lifecycle and secure image management.
- Operate PostgreSQL, Redis and ClickHouse used for logs and analytics.
- Apply Kubernetes hardening with RBAC, NetworkPolicies and TLS/mTLS.
- Monitor runtime anomalies and prevent unauthorized activity.
- Ensure compliance with OWASP practices, audit trails and retention policies.
- Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, scan and deploy.
- Implement progressive delivery and safe rollback strategies.
- Promote GitOps practices with ArgoCD or Flux when applicable.

Nice to Have
- Experience with NestJS, Node.js or TypeScript debugging.
- Familiarity with GitOps, ArgoCD, Flux, Helm or service mesh such as Istio or Linkerd.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP or Azure environments.
- Python or Go for internal tooling.
