We are looking for an experienced Platform / DevOps Engineer to own and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and runtime reliability for a cloud-native platform. The role is remote, full-time, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Responsibilities
Manage, operate, and optimize Google Kubernetes Engine clusters supporting Spring Boot-based microservices.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment workflows.
Automate rolling updates, blue/green deployments, and zero-downtime releases.
Implement secrets management with GCP Secret Manager and enforce GCP IAM, network security, and access control best practices.
Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, structured logs, and dashboards.
Support autoscaling, performance tuning, performance testing, load testing, and capacity planning with engineering teams led by the candidate where applicable.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems.
- Continuously improve system reliability and operational processes.
