Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement business plans to penetrate the Russian mining equipment market.
- Take full ownership of regional P&L, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
- Integrate R&D, production, and finance resources with external partnerships to support business growth.
- Lead and develop a cross-cultural team of more than 30 members.
- Build C-level relationships with mining enterprises and government bodies and serve as a brand ambassador.
