TaxDome is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate reliable, scalable, and secure production infrastructure for its SaaS platform. The role is fully remote outside Russia and Belarus, with compensation up to $8,000 gross per month.

TaxDome is building a SaaS platform for accounting and professional services businesses that supports communication, workflows, billing, and other operational processes.
More than 10,000 companies across 25+ countries use the platform. The R&D team includes more than 250 people, including software engineers, QA engineers, designers, technical support engineers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reliable production infrastructure for a high-load SaaS product.
- Own the full lifecycle of development, staging, and production environments.
- Develop and evolve a Kubernetes-based Amazon EKS platform, including networking, security, scaling, and capacity management.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Helm.
- Participate in system architecture design and implement infrastructure and platform improvements.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and fault tolerance of services.
- Implement and evolve observability for metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and SLO-driven monitoring.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, postmortems, and preventive actions.
- Work with development teams during design, debugging, and delivery.
- Drive automation, standardization, security, and operational excellence across teams.

Remote work outside Russia and Belarus.
Full-time employment in a remote B2B format.
Compensation up to $8,000 gross per month.
