We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a long-term, fully remote project focused on requirements management, CMS content, and FAQ Bot development. The cooperation is project-based and can be combined with current employment.
Your focus
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
- Manage and improve FAQ content within the CMS
- Support the development and implementation of an FAQ Bot
- Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality and user experience
- Contribute to release planning and project documentation
