Tell me about an interesting case in your last company, around which there is currently a bottleneck?

In my last company, an interesting case was the transition to a new documentation system that was supposed to unify internal and external materials. The main bottleneck arose around aligning terminology and content structure between different teams — developers, marketing, and support.

This slowed down the process, as each team had its own ideas and requirements. To address this, we implemented a centralized glossary and templates, as well as regular meetings for synchronization. This helped speed up the process and improve the quality of documentation.

Such experience showed that a technical writer needs not only to create texts but also to coordinate communication between stakeholders.
