Tell about your participation in import substitution projects. What was your role?

In import substitution projects, I participated as a system administrator and technical support specialist. My task was to adapt and implement domestic software and hardware instead of foreign counterparts, as well as to ensure their stable operation. This included configuring new systems, data migration, user training, and resolving technical issues that arose. For example, I helped transition from foreign database management systems to Russian solutions, optimized processes, and eliminated bottlenecks in the infrastructure.
