What do you mean by responsibility, what do you want to take on yourself?

By responsibility, I understand the willingness to take on tasks that affect the quality and stability of the team's and product's work. This can include managing critical incidents, proactively improving support processes, training colleagues, and implementing new tools and practices. I want to take responsibility for the results, not just perform assigned tasks — to be an initiator of solutions and to be accountable for them to the team and users.
