Tell me about your current workplace, technology stack, and responsibilities.

In my current job, I am engaged in technical support at L2/L3 levels. The main technology stack includes Windows and Linux servers, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), as well as monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK).

My responsibilities:

• Analyzing and resolving incidents related to service operation
• Diagnosing issues at the infrastructure and application levels
• Collaborating with developers to report complex bugs
• Configuring and maintaining monitoring systems
• Automating routine tasks using scripts (bash, Python)

The job requires understanding network protocols, system logs, and the ability to quickly identify the cause of failures.
