The offer amount depends on many factors: level of responsibility, scope of tasks, region, and market conditions. Usually, for a middle position in tech support L1-L3, I consider offers ranging from 80,000 to 120,000 rubles per month, but I am open to discussion depending on the conditions and prospects.
