When choosing a company and a vacancy, I pay attention to several key aspects:

• Technology stack and tasks: how interesting and modern the technologies are that I will work with, and whether they match my skills and development desires.

• Company culture and values: how much the company supports openness, learning, and work-life balance.

• Team and management: it is important that the team is professional and supportive, and that management is transparent and fair.

• Growth opportunities: availability of career growth, training, and development within the company.

• Working conditions: flexible schedule, remote work, compensation, and social package.

• Stability and company reputation: financial condition, employee reviews, market prospects.

For example, if I see a vacancy for SRE with interesting automation and scaling tasks, in a company with a good reputation and employee support, it will be a priority for me.
