What will you do if you realize you won't meet the deadline?

If I realize that I am not going to meet a deadline, I act as follows:

1. I assess the current progress and remaining work to understand the actual time needed for completion.
2. I inform the manager and stakeholders as early as possible, explaining the reasons for the delay and proposing solutions.
3. I review priorities and look for opportunities to optimize the process or reallocate resources.
4. If possible, I break the task into smaller parts to deliver partial results.
5. I learn from the situation to better plan and consider risks in the future.

This approach helps maintain the team's trust and minimize the negative consequences of delays.
