Have you worked on projects from scratch or did you join an already running project?

In my practice, I have experienced both options. Sometimes I participated in projects from scratch, starting with requirements analysis, architecture design, and technology selection. This allowed me to shape the system considering all business needs and technical constraints.

In other cases, I joined existing projects where I needed to quickly understand the existing code and processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements. Such experience helps to better understand how to support and develop complex systems.
