What team have you worked with? What was the team size, and what roles did you interact with?

In my practice, I have worked in teams ranging from 5 to 12 people. Usually, the team included systems analysts, developers, testers, a project manager, and sometimes a UX designer. Interaction occurred with developers to clarify requirements and technical constraints, with testers to agree on testing scenarios, and with the project manager for planning and prioritizing tasks. Such a composition allows for effective gathering and clarification of requirements, as well as quality control of the implementation.
