Do you calmly develop FT (functional-technical requirements) without comments from development?

Functional and technical requirements (FTR) are documents that should be understandable to both developers and clients. If no comments are made during development, it could mean several things:

• The requirements are indeed well-developed, clear, and feasible.
• Developers are not paying enough attention to requirement analysis or do not want to raise comments.
• There may be insufficient communication between the analyst and the development team.

Ideally, active dialogue and discussion of requirements help identify potential problems early on. Therefore, the absence of comments does not always guarantee that the requirements are perfect. It is better to encourage discussions and clarifications to minimize risks during the implementation stage.
