What tools do you use for communication?

For effective communication in the work of a systems analyst, I use several tools:

• Email and corporate messengers (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) for prompt exchange of messages and documents.
• Project management systems (Jira, Trello) for tracking tasks and progress.
• Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) for meetings and discussions.
• Documentation and collaborative work with documents (Confluence, Google Docs) for creating and agreeing on technical specifications, requirements, and documentation.

The choice of specific tools depends on the team and project, but it is important to use those that ensure transparency and convenience of communication among all participants in the process.
