I have a higher technical education in the field of information technology. During my studies, I learned the basics of systems analysis, business process modeling, and requirements development.

I started my work experience as a junior systems analyst, where I participated in gathering and documenting requirements, interacting with clients and the development team. I worked with tools for requirements management and testing, participated in preparing specifications, and supported communication between the business and technical teams.
