Who has had to set tasks? To which team members?

In my practice, tasks were assigned to different team members depending on their roles and competencies. Usually, these were:

• Developers — for implementing functional requirements and fixing bugs.
• Testers — for quality assurance and testing.
• Analysts — for clarifying requirements and preparing documentation.
• Designers — for creating layouts and UI/UX solutions.
• Project managers — for coordinating processes and controlling deadlines.

When assigning tasks, I tried to clearly formulate goals, acceptance criteria, and priorities to ensure understanding and effective execution.
