How do your team conduct grooming sessions?

In our team, grooming sessions were held regularly, usually once a week, involving all team members: developers, testers, analysts, and managers.

The process was as follows:

• Before the meeting, each participant reviewed the backlog tasks and noted questions or suggestions.
• During grooming, we discussed priorities, clarified requirements, and estimated task complexity.
• Special attention was paid to identifying ambiguities and potential risks.
• Techniques such as Planning Poker were used to estimate tasks.
• As a result of the meeting, tasks were updated, acceptance criteria were added, and dependencies were clarified.

This approach helped keep the backlog up-to-date and ensured a common understanding of tasks within the team.
