How is the process of work organized: how are tasks planned, for what period, who do you communicate with, and in what form do tasks arrive?

Tasks are usually planned for sprints or iterations, most often for 1-2 weeks. At the beginning of planning, a systems analyst, product manager, developers, and testers participate. Tasks come in the form of requirements, user stories, or technical specifications, often documented in task management systems (Jira, Trello, etc.). The analyst clarifies details with the customer or business analyst, coordinates priorities with the product manager, and passes tasks to the development team. During the process, meetings (planning, demo, retrospective) are important, as well as constant information exchange through messengers and documentation.
