As a systems analyst, I created the following artifacts:

• Technical Specification (TS) — a document describing the system requirements, functionality, and constraints.
• Use Case Diagrams — visualizations of user interactions with the system.
• Business Processes (BPMN) — diagrams describing the sequence of actions and data flow.
• System Requirements (Functional and Non-functional requirements) — detailed descriptions of what the system should do and how.
• Data Models (ER diagrams) — the structure of the database and relationships between entities.
• Interface Prototypes — mockups of user interfaces for client approval.
• Traceability Matrix of Requirements — for tracking compliance of requirements and implementation.

These artifacts helped structure the team’s work and ensured transparency of requirements for developers and clients.
