In my last project as a systems analyst, I was involved in gathering and analyzing requirements from the client, formalizing business processes, and preparing technical specifications for the development team. Specifically, I conducted interviews with key users, modeled processes using UML diagrams, identified bottlenecks, and proposed optimizations. I also participated in requirements alignment with stakeholders and supported the testing process to ensure that the implemented features met expectations.
