Tell us about the biggest and most complex project: what was the team and the number of stakeholders?

In one of the largest projects, I participated in developing a corporate logistics management system for an international company. The team consisted of 15 people: analysts, developers, testers, DevOps, and project managers. There were about 10 stakeholders — representatives from various departments of the company, including warehouse, transportation, finance, and IT. The main challenge was coordinating requirements between different departments and integrating with external partner systems.
