In my practice, I have experience with both options: developing projects from scratch and working with existing solutions. When creating a project from scratch, I participated in forming the architecture, gathering requirements, and choosing technologies, which allowed for flexible adaptation of the system to business needs. For example, in one project, I analyzed business processes from the very beginning to build an optimal data model and identify key integrations.

Working with ready-made solutions requires quickly immersing oneself in the existing architecture, understanding limitations and capabilities, as well as carefully making changes to avoid disrupting current functionality. Such experience helps better understand how to scale and maintain the system in the long term.
