To communicate requirements to development, I use a combined approach:

• Text descriptions with clear acceptance criteria so that developers understand exactly what needs to be implemented.
• Schemes and diagrams (e.g., BPMN, UML) that visualize business processes and system architecture.
• Interface prototypes (e.g., in Figma or Axure) to demonstrate how the user interface should look and function.

This approach helps minimize misunderstandings and speeds up the development process.
