What methods do you use to develop the target state of business processes? On what basis do you determine the optimal solution?

To develop the target state of business processes, I use modeling and analysis methods such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), Value Stream Mapping, and SIPOC. I first gather the current processes, identify bottlenecks and issues, then formulate the target state considering the company's strategic goals and stakeholder requirements.

The optimal solution is determined based on:

• Analysis of the efficiency of current processes (time, costs, quality)
• Compliance with business goals and customer requirements
• Opportunities for automation and integration with IT systems
• Risks and costs associated with implementing changes

For example, if the goal is to reduce order processing time, the target state will include automation of manual operations and simplification of approvals.
