Tell more about your last project you participated in.

In my last project, I served as a systems analyst for the development of a corporate order management portal.

Main tasks:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements from various business units.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN.
• Creating functional and non-functional specifications.
• Interacting with the development and testing teams to clarify requirements.
• Participating in task prioritization and release planning.

The project aimed at automating order processing, integrating with external systems, and improving user experience.

During the work, I conducted interviews with stakeholders, identified bottlenecks in current processes, and proposed solutions for their optimization. I also participated in acceptance testing and documentation preparation.
