One of the memorable tasks was related to developing a system for tracking technical support requests.

The task was formulated as the need to automate the process of registration, processing, and closing of requests, as well as to ensure transparency of statuses for clients and staff.

My actions:

• Conducted requirements gathering, interviews with users and stakeholders.
• Compiled functional and non-functional requirements.
• Created use case diagrams and business process models.
• Developed API specifications and interface prototypes.

Results:

• Requirements document and technical specifications.
• Data models and interaction diagrams.

The handover to development was done through a task management system (Jira), where each function was broken down into subtasks with descriptions and acceptance criteria.

The team consisted of 2 developers, a tester, and a project manager. We regularly held meetings to discuss progress and adjust requirements.
