Tell about your career path in analytics. Why did you decide to move in this direction?

My career path in analytics began with an interest in systems thinking and a desire to understand how business processes and IT systems work. I started as a junior analyst, where I studied user requirements and helped formalize tasks for development.

Over time, I realized that analytics is a bridge between business and technical teams, and I decided to develop in this direction to create more effective solutions. My experience in communication and structuring information helped me grow to a middle+ level, where I participate in system design and process optimization.

This path is driven by a desire to influence product quality and improve interaction among all project participants.
